International Conformity Assessment Services Inc. (TSE
Global) was accredited by the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK) on 18
December 2025 in the field of “Elevator Periodic Inspections”, in line with the
infrastructure and quality processes carried out within the scope of the TS EN
ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard.
Following the accreditation process, TSE Global’s first
authorization application to the Directorate General for Industry of the
Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye as a Type A
Inspection Body, submitted on 19 December 2025, was approved on 12 January 2026
upon completion of the relevant technical and administrative evaluations.
Following the completion of the authorization process,
TSE Global has signed Elevator Periodic Inspection Services Protocols with 110
municipalities as of today, within the scope of activities carried out across
Türkiye. In this context, periodic inspection activities are planned to be
conducted for approximately 53,000 elevators.
As part of its field operations, elevator periodic
inspection services have been planned in many provinces and districts,
particularly Esenyurt, Sincan, Gerede, Zeytinburnu, Güngören, Rize, Altınordu
and Çilimli. As of 24 April 2026, active field inspection and reporting
processes have commenced.
In line with the provisions of the relevant
legislation, TSE Global will continue to carry out elevator periodic inspection
activities within the framework of independence, impartiality, reliability and
technical competence, with the aim of contributing to the protection of life
and property safety.
